For over 10 years we have been servicing the needs of clients who are looking to hire commercial, customer facing staff working in the Life Sciences and associated sectors within Western Europe.

Our customers provide products and services to large Pharma and Biopharma / Biotech organisations and the Academic and Research Institute sector as well as to companies involved in new, emerging markets such as Bioprocessing and Cell and Gene Therapy. We also cover the Diagnostic market space and Environmental and Industrial sectors where scientific instrumentation and associated products and services are similarly in demand.
OUR CLIENTS
As well as established European companies we are often asked to help American and Asian organisations expand into new markets and set up European based entities as part of their global roll out once their technologies have been proven in their home markets.
In addition to sourcing new recruits we can also advise and guide on payroll services and legally compliant employment contract obligations in specific Western European countries.
We have helped companies at different stages of their evolution from start up to market consolidation and from periods of rapid growth with a need for multiple hires within short time frames to highly selective and targeted additions to their teams.
